These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website operated under the domain flulmelm.rest (the “Site”) and the educational materials made available through it. The Site is operated by POLI BOUW B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with its registered office at Koldingweg 19, 9723 HL Groningen, Netherlands (the “Operator”).

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

1. Nature of the content

All material published on the Site is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes related to workplace digital competencies. It does not constitute professional advice, consulting, career coaching, job placement, or any form of regulated service. The Operator does not provide certifications that guarantee professional competence, employment, or workplace outcomes.

2. No professional relationship

Use of the Site does not create a client, advisory, employment, or professional relationship between you and the Operator. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make about your work, tools, or professional development.

3. Enrolment and fees

Where a fee is stated for a learning path (currently CAD 350 per path unless otherwise indicated), that fee covers access to educational materials and exercises for personal, non-commercial learning. Enrolment is arranged by correspondence. The Operator may refuse or cancel access in cases of misuse. Any refund policy, if applicable, will be stated in writing at the time of enrolment.

4. Accuracy and limitations

While the Operator endeavours to present accurate educational material, the content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the information or from completion of any learning path.

5. Acceptable use

You may access and use the educational materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent, use the Site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt the Site, or misrepresent the nature of the materials (including claiming that completion constitutes a regulated professional qualification).

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and other materials on the Site are protected by copyright belonging to the Operator or its licensors. Limited personal use for educational study is permitted. Systematic extraction, republication, or commercial reuse is not permitted without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its personnel shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, its content, or any path materials, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or workplace consequences.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

9. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your use applies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
